United Fitness Journal

Editorial policy

United Fitness Journal aims to make recreational fitness topics clear, useful and honest about their limits. Our editorial standards apply to articles, illustrations and material created with partners.

Accuracy and scope

We check wording, definitions and claims before publication, and distinguish general explanations from individual instruction. We do not present articles as medical advice, a personal training plan or a substitute for support suited to a reader's circumstances. When a subject needs professional judgment, we keep our explanation within appropriate bounds.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial choices are made for reader relevance and clarity. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage or determine our conclusions. Sponsored material and partner placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from editorial articles.

Corrections

If you spot an error or unclear passage, contact us with the article title and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update material when warranted, making a correction clear when the change affects the meaning of a published article.

Illustrations and AI

Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. Illustrations are visual aids, not evidence of an exercise being tested or demonstrated by a named person. We aim to keep images relevant and avoid presenting generated scenes as documentary photographs.

Our point of view

Movement belongs to real life.

Fitness is not one look, one pace or one routine. We explain the choices behind movement so you can consider what fits your interests, space and day.
